SAFIQ ANIZA SHARIFAH & CO was established in 2023 following a shared vision among its partners—Encik Saiful Safiq Bin Mohd Saipuding, Puan Noor Aniza Binti Omda, and Puan Sharifah Munirah Binti Syed Bakhtiar Ariffin—to expand their legal practices under their own names, bringing their unique styles and expertise to the forefront.
From the outset, they’ve successfully built a strong team of highly ranked senior practitioners across diverse legal disciplines. Encik Saiful Safiq Bin Mohd Saipuding specializes in conveyancing law, real estate law, and corporate matters. Puan Noor Aniza Binti Omda focuses on conveyancing law, commercial law, and company law. Puan Sharifah Munirah Binti Syed Bakhtiar Ariffin’s expertise lies in civil litigation, including banking law and civil and commercial disputes.

Conveyancing makes up about 70% of total corporate activities and is primarily concerned with business and housing
loans or facilities, both conventional and Islamic banking.
The Firm Partners has been handling corporate loans in the sum of RM 4 Million for Bank Muamalat Malaysia Bhd,
RM 3 Million for SME Bank and RM 1.5 Million for Malayan Banking Berhad, RM 1.5 Million for Bank Pertanian
Malaysia Berhad, and various amounts for COOP Bank Pertama Berhad recently. The firm has also handled property
transactions for RM6 Million & 2.2 Million for a corporate body recently.
As a partner in the previous Firm, Fatimah Zahrah & Co., Encik Saiful Safiq, Puan Noor Aniza, and Puan Sharifah
Munirah are actively involved in various Banking institutions, as the previous Firm was the Panel Lawyer for CIMB
Bank, RHB Bank, Maybank, Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad, Bank Muamalat, Agrobank, Bank Rakyat, MBSB Bank, SME
Bank, and COOP Bank Pertama Berhad. They also act as the ADHOC basis for Public Bank Berhad, BSN, Ambank, and
Affin Bank Berhad.

cases involving magistrate court, high court, appeal court and federal court matters. She is still active in acting on
behalf of her client till nowadays.
